Even though I love a few of Keats' poems beyond all measure and recognize his skill, it has not translated into enjoying his collected works. There's so much to read in the world that I can't justify continuing to drag out what has clearly amounted to a chore for me. Keats is a genius, but I'm ready to move on.

actually, I love romantic poems.
Keats had his unique style, full of metaphores or loads of really nice phrases.
My favourite ones? To Autumn with the amazing "seasons of mists and mellow fruitfulness" phrase & La Belle Dame Sans Merci - an amazing one.

I guess poetry is not for me.

Can see why he is so highly regarded by some literary folks. But I got lost in the too romantic and very very descriptive language.
Liked some, skipped others
