It took me a few tries to get into this but I’m happy I did. I like their romance

My first book by Choe! This was simple a warm hug! I truly enjoyed reading this one!
I was really enjoying this until the third act conflict took all the wind out of my sails. Not in a heart-wrenching way, in a "seriously?" way. That is not to say I didn't absolutely adore Bea and Jamie.
i claim this man as my husband, and no i will not be giving any further explanation.
I was so primed to give this a 5 star! I loved it so much. Jamie my man!! Communication and understanding and all the feels! But the third act break-up was so stupid and convoluted and unnecessary. It made me stop reading and say WTF out loud. And the getting back together also!! Like what was even the point?? Very forced because romance novels need that I guess? This was refreshing BECAUSE they didn’t have any of that normal drama. Can’t we have just carried on as normal?? I’m pretending the end didn’t happen. Last chapter is with Jamie and his confession which was absolutely perfect. And then she said her thing back, the end.

Wish they'd tried the soup. Would have been a four but him getting a perm tattoo made me uncomfortable, not to mention it was a bit too much on the end of an already long day.
Liked how we weren't spoonfed everything and sometimes would get references to dates or hang outs that we hasn't witnessed but on the flip side left me craving more!!! Brilliant.
Very enjoyable.
