Louise Bay brings her own brand of trouble in Hollywood Scandal. Never one to leave readers disappointed this naughty romp has heart, yelling, and a wet movie star.

With an unforgettable meet cute, you are pulled into the lives of these characters without looking back. Lana and Matt have chemistry, a psychic, and location working for them. But fears, goals, and demons are all working against them.

With narrators like these, you never have to worry about chemistry. I have yet to experience a an audiobook these two didn't ignite into flames. I look forward to more from both the author and the actors.

Loved MMC, FMC could have been better

I loved this book with one exception... Lana was a terrible friend to her alleged best friend and it kind of dampened her whole character for me. Matt Easton is a total cinnamon roll and it completely works for me in this book.

Meh. Not as good as I hoped.
Part of the Audible Plus catalog.

I love this book so much, Louise Bay just keeps getting better and better, I totally recommend it!

Overall, I enjoyed this book. I am a sucker for famous guys falling for ordinary girls (I think because secretly, it's something that many women would like to happen- or to at least feel that special). I liked Matt a lot. He was pretty down to earth, although his past was a little flighty, and I loved that he was committed. I liked Lana, too. I liked that she was independent, although I wasn't crazy about how she handled the situation with her ex-boyfriend; thank goodness that her best friend, Ruby, set her on the right path.

I have read a few other books by Louise Bay, and Hollywood Scandal is another one that I enjoyed (although I didn't feel like there was much of a scandal....).

Matt has the life of fame and fortune and Lana couldn't think of anything worse. She just wants a small town lifestyle, where the only people who know your business are literally everyone in town. But that's different to having it spread all over the tabloids, right?

Matt tries to stay out of the limelight as much as possible with his acting career but its part of the job and when Lana barrels into his life he tries everything to make sure she stays there. Even if she wants to keep their relationship a secret and pretend he's dating someone else.

These two have a very steamy romance and I loved their dynamic. Louise has written a really strong character in Lana and I love how the heroine goes to win back the hero, even if it was a pretty quick turn over. Matt knows what he wants and he knows how to get it which is probably why they fall into bed faster than you can cook pasta but I still thoroughly enjoyed the book and I will definitely be reading more.

This was a terrible waste of time. The dirty talk was cringe, the guy was the blandest character to have ever existed, and lana had zero depth. I don’t even remember the last time a hollywood book bored me so thoroughly.
