Unwrap Him by Nyla K is a guardian/ward MM novella, previously part of the Twisted Christmas Anthology.
This is the first book of Nyla's that I have read, and it won't be my last. I really enjoyed the relationship between James and Jesse. The chemistry between them was off the charts! I liked that we got both of their points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.
I would recommend this book if you like MM romances, age gap romances, or unconventional relationships.

Entertaining enough, but the lack of chemistry just ruined it for me. Plus, I hate how much the author uses “baby” and “sweet boy” in this. It completely takes me out of any moment that might have been happening.

Nyla. Nyla does it again. This short-ish story is so full of love and devotion. I'm beaming from ear to ear. Jesse and James were just made for each other. After Jesse's parents are killed in a car accident, James becomes his guardian. James is everything to Jesse and as Jesse grows up, he realizes that he wants James to be everything and more.
James is a straight man. He's rarely even watched gay porn. But why is he suddenly okay with his feelings and desire for Jesse?
This slightly taboo, m/m love story is raw and beautiful. Navigating some tough emotions bring these two adorable men together in nothing but true love. I liked this story alot.
