What a precious book! I mistakenly thought it was a chapter book, but it's a collection of advice, with only about a sentence on every other page (alternating with illustrations). The wisdom Grylls communicates to his sons is mostly about being a good person and living a Christian life. Would make a sweet gift for a son from his father.

Nice little book with spiritual and everyday quotes for people of all ages. A really quick read.

I bought this for my son for his 15th birthday. It is a fabulous book and is written in just the right tone for a 15 year old who loves Bear Grylls to read and store away! I wish I could hand this out to every 15 year old boy I know!

This was adorable. A little more religion-centered than I personally would have preferred, but adorable. Grylls combines one- or two-sentence bits of advice for his sons, combined with illustrations. Definitely appropriate for an older child, or for an adult wanting to refocus their life.
