3,5 stars more or less
A nice romance but nothing more ...
The style was great and the characters could have been great except that the heroine spends a lot of time to ask herself why she's doing this or that, the same for hero and eventually they created their own difficulties and all for nothing ...

Ok, so I am having a problem rating this book. 90% of it was a solid 4 star read for me, but at the beginning when
Spoilerthe h walks in on the H having sexy times with his brothers fake fiancee
pretty much cast a shadow over the rest of the story! It was all I kept picturing the WHOLE DAMN BOOK.

Also, and I really, really, really hope I am wrong, but from the sounds of the last chapter I am afraid that for the next book (Luca's story)
Spoilerit sounds like he may be interested in the fake fiancee more then just as a rouse, and if that is the way it is going that would mean the fake fiancee will have slept with Dante, and also be in Ashlyns face. Ew, just ew!

So ya, confused on a rating party of one here!

This was one "sweet" read! Ember wrote a dynamic couple in Dante and Ashlyn. I really enjoyed all the dialogue and relationships. There was also a special personal touch that brought me to tears repeatedly. It was very well written and perfectly edited. Oh, and the title and cover are yum-my!

Oh look another second chance love story this year. I really loved the story though, I read it in one sitting easily and didn't want to put it down! It was addicting and pulled me in from page one. I will continue with the series and find out more of the family.

(Found reviews on my computer for books I read last year that I never posted so that is why I have written as if it was back then)
