I knew a bit about toxic masculinity before diving into this book but definitely not enough and I didn't fully grasp that helping men out of this mindset is a way to increase equality.
The saddest thing though is how the title was translated into Polish because people who should read it probably won't pick it up due to that and this horrible cover.
