Loved the chapters from the perspective of inanimate objects. I thought that was such a unique touch and added a lot to the story. I thought the romance, miscommunications, and unknown "what are we" thoughts are very YA, but I loved the friendship between the two main characters. The ending was good but very abrupt. Not my favorite Nic Stone, but glad I read it. The audiobook was really well done!

on the verge of boring - not anything new or exciting. didn't enjoy the main love interest and the ending felt abrupt and confusing.

one thing i did like that was unique to a writing style is the different POV blurbs from objects within the story: the ticket, the dress, the taxi, etc.

I love Stone's work so much. I loved the way she handled the romance, as well as how it ended. Following Rico's train of thought for all of the different things (money, romance, friends, etc.) Was super interesting and fun. I also loved the short POV chapters from the inanimate objects. It's such a cool and unique addition to the story telling.

Nic Stone writes the BEST and most lovable characters. I mean, even when you hate them, you still love them. I have yet to be disappointed by a Stone book. They just warm every part your heart. Definitely a must-read

This YA book put a fresh spin on the winning lottery ticket premise. I loved the main characters and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this. I am, however, still deciding how I feel about the ending.
