I could not finish this one, life is just too short. Got 27% in and the main character has zero redeeming features. She is whiney, constantly complaining about not getting a job she has no qualifications for and angry all the time about the tiniest of things. The last straw for me was that she talks about women like a misogynistic 'comedian' from the 80's: "..how that actress stumbled into a taxi and everyone saw her stench trench." Blaming her friend for men leeching over her "ridiculous breasts", not believing she doesn't do it on purpose with this obnoxious line "Yeah, and I don't bleed from my crease every month." It's genuinely hard to believe a woman wrote this.

Listened to this one, it was funny and quite unpredictable which is fun, but I feel like there isn't really a plot or a story, it just goes on. Wanted to love this one so bad, maybe I'll like the tv show better
