I found this sequel totally engrossing. This universe continues to grow in scope, tech, & intrigue, but psychic cats & fully-formed characters are still along for the ride.

Another really fun romp. I thought the plot would wrap up at a certain point but we were only 80% of the way through the book at that point. I like where we ended ultimately, even though I was a little frustrated at that point. Eva's family was fleshed out a little more here and I appreciated her confronting the person she was in the past and growing through it. All in all, really enjoyable.
