I barely got through the first couple chapters and just didn’t feel like finishing it.
Another title for this could just be “miscommunication: the Christmas rom-com!”. While I enjoyed some parts of this story such as the banter between Izzy and Lucas the complete and utter lack of any sort of adult communication between the two of them just really didn’t vibe with me unfortunately. I just kind of found Izzy to be an immature character who basically had to be talked into a realisation about her and Lucas’s relationship by her friend and couldn’t come to any conclusion herself also kind of irritated me tbh!
Other than that I did enjoy how much of an easy read it was but I couldn’t say that this would be a go to recommendation from me unfortunately :(
