This book was toxic from page one. From the power difference to the way they argue and how he talks to her. Screaming red flags all around.
I really really want to give this book 4 stars because I like the writing and the basic plot. But in the end, I'm still pissed at Erik's careless treatment toward Brie. I mean, he's aware that she's younger than him yet I feel that he's taking advantage of her. I'm not impressed, especially when he deliberately acting all mean. Major turn off. So yeah, look forward to read more from this series.

Way more up my alley than the first installment. Less chaos, a more linear plot and a whole focus on the characters' development and relationship. The simplicity of the concept went a long way for me. Loved their dynamic❣️

Grey|https://d2arxad8u2l0g7.cloudfront.net/books/1467792174s/29941014.jpg|50331666] estaba segura de que el libro se llevaría mínimo tres estrellas. Era divertida, adictiva y sexy en un los-protas-no-paran-de-discutir-ni-un segundo kind of way. Luego siguieron discutiendo.

Sube el tono de los insultos, de los ataques. Y deja de ser divertido.
La relación se vuelve tóxica, enfermiza. Erik humilla a Brie, se aprovecha de su papel de entrenador, de su autoridad sobre ella.
“Do you dream about spreading those legs for me? For your coach?”
Hay una escena en particular que me pareció perturbadora, y que conste que no tengo nada en contra de la erótica, pero todo se siente tan impuesto que es incómodo de leer. Erik decide que Brie necesita tomar clases de yoga como parte de su entrenamiento de gimnasia, así que la acompaña a la clase. Cuando están allí Erik comienza a tocarla y a desvestirla, la instructora entra al salón y ¿qué hace Erik? ¡La alienta a practicarle sexo oral a Brie! Cuando todo termina, Brie se siente apenada, no estaba preparada para eso: The excitement I’d felt only minutes before had morphed into something dark and ugly.
Así que confronta a Erik, y él ¡LA INSULTA!
