Every time I pick up a book from this series, I kick myself for waiting so long to pick it up. I just want to hug Pip. She went through so much in this story, so many crazy things happened, and... she's just a kid! I have to keep reminding myself that she is just a kid, albeit a badass kid, but a kid doing her best to help the people around her. I can once again, proudly say I didn’t guess the outcome & that makes me happy. This was the best sequel I could’ve asked for. I did figure out who it was but there were so many bits through out the book that I “oohed” and “aahhed”. I love Pip and Ravi. This book hit a lot of topics really well: the reality of the justice system and (without spoiling anything) to live life well (iykyk).
