Can you fall for someone you have never met? Beth O’Leary has me thinking that you can! The Flatshare centers are two roommates who share a flat due to their completely opposite schedules. They were never supposed to meet, but love tends to find a way...even through Post-It notes!

Leon is a quiet, shy guy who works the night shift at a hospital. His brother is incarcerated and legal bills for his appeal are adding up fast. He comes up with the idea to rent his flat out to a stranger. They would never be there at the same time, so it is easy income. Little did he know he would get more than a roommate; he got Tiffy.

Tiffy is a six foot tall redhead with a colorful, carefree personality. She is quirky and has a crazy ex. It starts off as a simple note about sharing baked goods, and turns into so much more.

I really adored this story and the format of the writing. The novel is written in alternating perspectives that make it an engaging read. Leon and Tiffy are relatable and I laughed and cried more than once while reading!

This is book will be available May 28th and I very much recommend it.

I really, really liked this one. I love how many tough topics it tackles without ever being a book *about* those topics. I typically take a while to get into a book, but I became enamored pretty quickly with this one and it hooked me until the end.

I love roommate tropes, and I love people who communicate through written words. It was fun and unique to have those two ideas combined into this one. Additionally, the inclusion of such strong friendships and sibling relationships, and the challenge that came with those relationships, was such a nice treat. All of the supporting characters were such a delight to get to know, and they all felt like they had their own storylines and importance.

The sexual tension between the characters is unreal and so well built.

I was skeptical about this book and didn't really have high hopes. I was however pleasantly surprised, the story was quite good. It was a quick read.
Tiffy having finally decided to move out of her emotionally abusive ex boyfriend's flat moves in with Leon, a nurse who would be working and staying at his girlfriend's more often. The flat had one bedroom and one bed. They should in theory never see each other.
They did eventually meet however and there was a definite connection.
I was kept interested in this book and finished it quickly.

This book made me feel the exact same way I felt watching The Goodbye Girl: at first "I think I absolutely hate this" and then all at once "I LOVE THIS SO MUCH"

Easy read with a bit of humor. Nothing spectacular and nothing bad either. Perfect for a cozy evening when you need to relax after a very long and stressful day.

Tiffy is in need of a new place to stay after her boyfriend breaks up with her, then shows up with his new girlfriend at their apartment. It's either the moldy apartment or a flat share.

Leon doesn't deal well with change, but he needs the extra cash. They beginning an unlikely friendship through Post-It notes. It might be as simple of leftovers, and putting the seat down but it soon becomes more. Longer notes, inside jokes, and learning more and more about each other. Only thing is they have never met.

Tiffy has a lot to deal with when her ex doesn't really stay away. Leon also has some family issues he is working to resolve. Lots of funny, cute moments, and Tiffy's friends are full of personality.

My only downside is that this is a close door romance, otherwise I loved the characters, and their development.
