Had to return it to the library halfway through my first attempt, and picked it back up about a year later- I’m so so glad I did! Like many of McGuire’s books, this is as much an ode to stories as a marvelous story in and of itself.

I absolutely loved this book. Dodger and Rodger are such a great pair and it was all so much. I almost can’t wait to reread it and just be there again.

Slow start and found it a bit confusing to follow at first but later it all falls into place and gets more interesting and faster paced.

This was one of the most interesting books I've read in a while - such cool concepts underneath an awesome story and I was so glad to see there's a second book.

Wow. I’m going to need anywhere from 7-240 business days to wrap my mind around this one. There is simply nothing else like this… I am so envious of Seanan McGuire’s mind and the way that it works. How do you even come up with this?! 

This is weird level 1000 so if you don’t care for nonsense and pseudoscience then just steer clear. If you’re down for melting your brain, this is the one.
