4.5 stars. This was definitely better than the second book. We learn about Sirius Black, Peter Pettigrew (or shall I say Scabbers lol).  Buckbeak’s fate is determined and Snape is irate that Harry and crew got away with setting him and Sirius free. Lupin, the werewolf dark arts teacher resigns. Excited for book4, even though it’s huge lol.

Finally we know who Harry's godfather is! I was so devastated, when Sirius asked if Harry would live with him. Sirius didn't know how awfully Dursleys treated Harry, like he didn't talk to him for 14 years:(
