This series is full of gross tropes so I cannot recommend it, but all things considered it could be very cute and the ending was very heartwarming.

I don't think this is any of the typical manga styles. It's a whimsical and fun fantasy adventure. I love the parent's dynamic and their relationship with their kids. Jin caught my attention the most. He's Ran(the main character)'s brother and he is the best! The characters are quite fleshed out however the pacing is a bit off sometimes. Ran is such an adorkable, seeing her falling in love with Ohtaro and changing him as a person felt weird yet touching. But Hibi and her relationship reminded me of Lee and Sakura from cardcaptor sakura. It is a very lighthearted manga compared to what I just read and the art style is just superb!!!! It is so 'colourful' even though manga doesn't in colour. The story is more like a 3.5 stars but I think the art style really enhance my reading experience with it! So 4 stars!
