One of my favourite Christie’s.  A decently twisty plot with a satisfying conclusion.

It is very much of it’s time though - mid-1950s - so the portrayal of students of non-British nationalities are a bit ham-fisted and uncomfortably near to racist on a few occasions.

I really like Agatha Christie, so I liked this book. But it's not my favorite of hers. Weirdly kind of racist in the characterization of people of color (one character in particular), so that made it a bit worse than usual.

Absolutely perfect book, one of the best from Agatha Christie. Not giving it 5 stars though, because the murderer was my favourite character, otherwise a great book.
