Pure soapy fun that reads like the best kind of Netflix bingeable miniseries. Very reminiscent of THE GUEST LIST, but focused on elite celebrities instead of family drama.
Despite it not getting very good reviews, I enjoyed this one. It’s no work of genius, but it was a quick easy read (actually, I listened and quite liked the audiobook narrator) with a satisfying ending.

A smart book with a lot of intrigue and mystery. The plot was well woven and I was always just about catching onto the next twist when they wanted me to be. The pacing was sometimes a bit slow. Not many of the characters are likeable and the ones who are have sad stories. All and all a worthwhile casual read.
