What was interesting about this book was that I didn’t like a single thing about any of the characters and yet, it kept me intrigued. Props.

Lots of characters to keep track of and everyone was kind of the same so that was tricky.

This book truly engaged the murder mystery theme. It keeps you guessing from the start. Trying to untangle how all the people are connected, and who will end up dead at the end, was a workout for the brain. The results were even more intense than I would have imagined at the start of the book. Well worth the read.

Great audio. Good beach read.

If you like Lucy Foley, this feels like a mix of the midnight feast and the hunting party. Good enough, but not totally accomplished.

This was absolutely ridiculous but also extremely readable and just what I needed to get out of a reading slump

Such a satisfying ending and really gripping once it gets going, many twists and turns

While I was a big fan of Ellery Lloyd's "People Like Her," I was less excited by The Club.

I can see the pull of the storyline - I mean, I was really pulled in by the description alone - but I just didn't like most of the characters, I didn't care what happened to them, and I found the story to be relatively forgettable.

Fun premise, but just didn’t make it. Too many characters and contrived situations. Could be a fun movie though.
