I wanted to like this book more and I really loved the first 2/3 of it but the final 1/3 of the book was hard to get through since I found Sadie more an more unlikable as the book went on. The concept was unique and I loved the chapters that put the reader into a game but it felt rushed and forced at the end of the day.

I had no idea what to expect when I decided to get Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow on my Libby app. Honestly, had I known it was about video game producers I may have skipped it. But I can say that I am so happy that I read this book.  

It was the perfect combination of smart, emotional and uplifting. The characters are flawed but whole, their lives are complicated as are their relationships. The shifting timeline was done flawlessly. It felt like no time was passing at all because I was so wholly immersed in the experience. 

I can’t see what the flaws are… I wish there was maybe a bit more change in their characters as time went on. I understand Sam was unchangeable and that Sadie was complicated and dont get me wrong, I love full circle moments, but there was just maybe something slightly lacking that makes it a 4.5 rather than a 5. 

Honestly an amazing book and I will recommend it to so many people!

In the beginning, I liked this book and its characters. However, I got bored about halfway through and had little to no desire to pick it up for almost a month. I decided to give the audiobook a try, and I’m glad I did, because it helped me get back into the story.

At times, the storytelling was beautiful, and at other times, it seemed like it went on and on without purpose. Or, at least, I just didn’t really care as much as I wanted to. I’m not big into video games, so that could definitely be why.

I felt that the characters were realistic, and I appreciate that we got to see multiple sides of them over many years.

It’s one of the best books I’ve ever read. A must read for anyone, but especially if you are interested in video games. It’s so emotional and the characters are so deep and well written. Truly an amazing book.

I don't know if the book didn't live up to my expectations or if I was just not in the right headspace to appreciate it. I expected a 5-star read, but it was just fine.

It's very well written. However, nothing about it surprised me or really stuck out to me. The emotional parts didn't land as I think they were meant to.

I hesitate to recommend it, but I also hesitate to write it off.

This book was so good in my opinion. I really enjoyed the story and I loved that most of it was set in the 90s and 00s so all the popular culture they mentioned I remembered from when I was a child. 

The two main characters Sadie and Sam were childhood friends having met in hospital at around age 12 where they bonded playing video games. 

Fast forward to their late teens/20s they both have an interest in creating a video game which they named Ichigo. Sam's roommate also helped with the game with money and producing it.

The book follows the characters through the trials and tribulations of working with your best friend, starting a company, artistic differences and personality clashes.

I would definitely recommend this book, I loved it 😊❤️

This is the perfect book. I was so afraid to read it for so long because I was scared it wouldn't live up to the hype. But it was everything and more. All the characters are flawed in the most human way. Their decisions are sometimes frustrating but also understandable from their point of view. It's sweet, it's heartachingly devastating. 
I read it so fast.
I wish for this book to find it's way in everyone's hands
