This book was great set in 1873 London it follows the path of a young women trying to find answers to how her sister died. It leads her to the world of Spiritualism and Mediumship. While battling her belief in the tangible and what is unknown she uncovers more than she bargained for.

This was a great shorter read! I thought that some of plot dragged towards the end but overall I enjoyed the story. 

The unexpected twist was a little surprising and the character development for Lenna was meaningful.

Not a book I would normally gravitate toward, but it was really good! It never had that moment where it gripped me and I was rushing to find out what was going to happen next but it was enjoyable just the same.
