3.25 ✨

200 pages too many for a contemporary romance, even if it was mildly suspenseful. Not boring per de but definitely was getting tedious at times.

I enjoyed this one! Robyn leaves her job as an officer after a near death experience and goes to Scotland to track down her dad for answers as to why he abandoned her. Lachlan was once a Hollywood actor but has now turned his family castle into a resort for the rich and famous does not like Robyn. Whew the enemies to lovers in this one was high y'all! There is also the suspense of a Stalker on the loose inside the grounds. This one definitely kept me on my toes!
