such a fun vampire x vampire hunter book. I had such a good time & I was giggling at some of the scenes. their dynamic was the best!! 

he was such a GOOF. he was awful at being a vampire and SO dramatic I love him. I liked linas story arc so much!

I don’t think this is a life changing book but it’s such a good time and I love it. It’s wholesome & cute with some really great romantic scenes. OOO and I loved the Latina vampires, really enjoyed that take!!

A YA book that is funny and a quick read. The humor was great and really made the book enjoyable. The plot was ok. The insta-love is a popular trope in YA so I can’t fault it for that.

a cruel thirst is a ya historical fantasy read that follows Lalo and Carolina.
Lalo is a newly turned vampire, desperately in search for a cure, and Carolina is a headstrong vampire hunter seeking to join her family in hunting vampires down. 

this was such a fun read and i loved how fast paced it was!! the world building was so wonderful, embedded with Mexican culture and lore. 

i love Lalo and Carolina’s relationship from beginning to end. i mean it starts with her trying to 💀 him🙂‍↕️ their development was everything, from the angst and pining to the banter to the swoon worthy moments!!
Lalo and Carolina are v much opposites but they fit so perfectly together🤭
