I have yet to read a book by Holly Jackson that I don’t like. I think this book made me cry more than any other book. The ending made me cry, and then when I got to Billy’s letter I completely lost it- like can someone hit me in the head with a hammer so I can forget all of the trauma this book caused me. Sophia’s letter made me laugh at least.
I knew this book would be amazing from the moment it referenced Noah Kahan and Stranger Things. Overall, an amazing book that was super unique and fun to read. The final f-word count was 168 give or take. Jet definitely carried the brunt of that with 145 f-bombs. Not that anyone was counting.

I am such a fan of Holly Jackson. This was no exception.
I definitely had to suspend beliefs immediately, working in neurorehab had me 😳 but once I put that aside, I was here for it.
It was full of unlikeable people, lies, deceit, and Jet trying to solve her own m*rder. Truly was unable to follow the reading schedule because I couldn’t put it down. Sure I had to suspend beliefs and was like okaaay, I really enjoyed this. It was wild.
Thank you tandemcollective for the readalong, the book and the fun chats!

I didn't like that Jet kept saying she was murdered, or when she was killed, when she was still alive.
