The premise was good, it just felt like nothing happened for the whole book. Like there wasn't much development. Also, there wasn't much romance. I can see it getting better as the series goes on, but it just felt like a long info dump and nothing else.

TBH I have come to expect a brilliant book every timeI read something by her and this time was no exception. Filled with political intrigue, action scenes and sass, this book is an instant favourite. I read it in one go and now I really want to read the rest of the series! This book is a clean one.
