The ending was harsh.
I feel so bad for Carrie and how she must feel, I rooted for Carrie and David all the time, so tje end was a kind of disappointment. But it is real, because life isn't a romance, this is rather the truth for most cases.

Dear Reader,
"Evidence of the Affair" was such a beautiful yet sad short from Taylor Jenkins Reid and I expect nothing less from her. I read this today, on a lazy wednesday afternoon as I sat bored on my bed. This was a beautiful piece of fiction penned down by Taylor Jenkins Reid. The story follows letters being exchange between who people who suspect their spouses are cheating on them with the others.
I also found myself completely fangirling when there were mentions Daisy Jones and (not so much for) Mick Riva. I wish to take Mick Riva down myself, godforbid, if he makes another makes another appearance in the TJRCU.
It was an absolute delight to read this book. It had me hooked for the entire thirty-or so- minutes that I read it. You must definitely read it.
All my best,
Sameeksha
P.S. Reading this book completely reminded me of Illicit Affairs, by Taylor Swift, from her Grammy album Folklore. You must definitely give the song a listen, if you haven't done so already.
