Beautifully written, with a sweet, thoughtful, serious story, this book will appeal to Polly Horvath fans.

The only thing I remember about this was that it had the word “prick” in it and I was very shocked because I was 12.

Really touching YA "banned" book. Easy, short read!

I love this little book! I was working in my son's library where I found it. I only know Kevin Henkes as a little kids author. This book was wonderful. I loved the short chapters and his writing style. I felt as if I was in the main character's (Martha) head. His descriptions to relate thoughts and feelings were well done, like, for examaple the chapter titled "The Glittery Feeling".

Either 2009 or 2008. I read it in 6th grade because I didn't have a book to read and I actually liked it. I remember the corner where this girl passed away on a bike and the connection olive had with it. Then there was this photography boy...I'm a little sketch. But I still remember liking it.

Really enjoyed this book! Review to come :)

Not what I was expexting....it was slow and shallow. May be good for a young teen.
