A fantastic graphic novel that tells the personal story of the author's experiences in high school. While technically set in an American High school it is left fairly generic and most high school students would find it matches their high school enough to make a connection. The author openly writes to provide an example of herself for young people who need it. My only issue with the book that keeps it at a 4 is that I felt there needed to be some positive representation of students without mental health issues. To show students that they can be supportive and understanding even if they themselves are not living that situation.
