I had the best day today. Rain. Children occupied. The Promise. Lots of great laughs. Lots of wonderful Bradford moments. Lots of carb suggestions. Heaven!!!!!

I love the Bradford’s

I love the Bradford’s and I loved Reed and Joey. I always loved the romance aspect of these books but the family dynamic makes it all even better.

NFH

This book felt very disjointed, more like it reading the Chronicles than her typical novel. I had a hard time keeping track of what was happening.
Still love the Bradford's, and their crazy family stories.

I love all these books and I think this one stayed with the theme of the series. It was fun and cute to read. The romance and conflict between the main characters was gripping and intense which kept me intrigued through the whole book. I love the impact these characters have on me.

The promise was worth the wait. it had all the NFH content we love. food addicts and great banter.

joey is quirky, nerdy and has no filter.
Reed is the typical alpha brooding Bradford you just cant help but love.

Thank you for another great book R.L Mathewson please never stop writing.

I'd give this one 2.5 or 3 stars. I didn't like it quite as much as the others in the series, for a few reasons.
1. Mathewson has a great schtick with the cute and quirky girl and the hot and quiet guy, but eventually it would be nice to have a little variety.
2. Editing errors

However, I do think that some of my reticence might fade with rereads, as I appreciate it a little more. Things move so quickly that I need a few go throughs to process all of it. Also, I think it set up some fantastic future books. I'm particularly excited about Garret and Kristin, and potentially Matt and Jen??
