A lovely little Hogwarts murder mystery. I remember my first read-through being so spooked by the unknown monster going around randomly killing students. I was an anxious kid!!

Great suspenseful buildup balanced out with some lighthearted moments with our beloved characters. Then a super quick but satisfying ending to the story. Diary: gone. Basilisk: dead. Dobby: freed. Have a good summer lol

We are starting to have some hints towards the bigger picture between Harry vs Voldemort re: horcruxes, Tom Riddle’s past, pure-blood prejudice, etc. But Harry is only 12 at this point so we’ll let him be a kid at magic school for now!!

My favorite book and my favorite movie! I love how I've read this before and seen the movies a million times, and it still manages to get me so excited and my heart racing <3 Thanks JK Rowling!
