Such a great story! I really felt for Macy, determined to find her dad, and finding so much else along the way.

Eleven year old Macy has to make some tough decisions that she hopes will help
Her family. Her dad is away on a secret project with DVA after returning from war. Macy feels her world crumbling as she nears her birthday. She has several adventures to bring her dad back. A book that has #allthefeels is what I love! This one has just that! Enjoy reading about Macy, Twee, and Switch- three preteens with many life altering thoughts amongst them that can only bring them closer together!

Great characters and a powerful telling of a meaningful topic. 4 stars mostly because I didn't like the inclusion of the 7 letters to the teacher. But a great story.
