I had really wanted to like this book. I certainly enjoyed reading about Torin and can't wait for his book. But I just couldn't get into this one. It wasn't bad but it wasn't better or as good as the rest of the LOTU books. I felt like this book just fell flat. I hope Torin's HEA is better or I'm going to be even more disappointed since he is my favorite.

As always...another awesome Lord of the Underworld. Kane broke my heart so many times in this story. What he endured, how badly he wanted Disaster destroyed, his need for Tink. This truly is a great book. Dobt exoect the same level of intensity that her earlier books had. I don't believe there was a single curse word in the entire book. But the writing was still good, and I still enjoyed the book, even if it was tamer.

Ok 5 stars are really not enough. This was a fantastic story. And Max Bellmore is such a good narrator, so glad I have the opportunity to listen to the rest of this series.

No tenía ningún interés por la historia de Kane, es un personaje que nunca me ha interesado. Pero Gena Showalter consigue darle una vida interesante a cualquier personaje, por lo que al final me terminó gustando su historia.

I am in love with the Lords of the Underworld series by Gena Showalter. It’s full of alpha, tortured heroes and the strong and sexy heroines who tame them. Kane was rescued from hell by Josephina who is doing her best to remain hidden so that her family cannot find her. As these two navigate hell and their family’s they discover sometimes the hardest battle is falling in love. What I enjoyed most about this story is how some of my favorite characters from other LOTU series pop in. Because there are so many interconnected characters I do not recommend starting with this story it can be too confusing. Overall I really do enjoy the series and I’m excited to see where it goes next especially if it’s Torin’s story.

Well. This was not very enjoyable and was quite boring.

Hmm, well, it was nowhere near being one of my fav books in this series. After a while I was more interested in Cameo's story than I was in Kane's. Didn't care for Torin's story either. Unfortunately, his story will be the next book in the series.

omg reading over the weekend is so nice bruv i finished a book and thank god it was a good book bc i thought it was gonna be eh like the last one but this one was so bomb but idk whether it was bomb bc i read it over the weekend without distractions or it was just good but i think it's the latter. anyways ugh
i love this book and the characters were so mf good i love the main girl sm the main guy annoyed me at the end tho be he cheated but he did it to save her blah blah blah it annoyed me but eh we forgive him. the ending tho w the girl dying like in almost every book wasn't surprising but like i was surprised w the way the author brought her back bc it was smart it wasn't one of those like wtf that doesn't make sense kind of twist like it made sense so that was nice. but the side stories in this book was good too like we got to see a side character that was killed back and he's probably gonna get w this other girl and i'm excited for their book ahhh. but i'm sad this book didn't have a lot of the other characters from the other books interactions but i like how they were literally stalked and seen as mf celebrities shit was funny w the fan clubs. anyways rating it a 9/10 super fun read writing this during church and my mom is mad at me but idc bc she made me go but not my sister tf. anyways i'm ready to read the other girls book but i forgot who's book is next but it better be good.
