This was a great little holiday book - in wanting a queer holiday romance read, it perfectly scratched the itch for me. I cannot wait to reread it when the holidays roll around again this year. My only criticisms of the book were that sometimes characters' actions felt rushed and out of place, like I knew the author wanted the character to go there but I didn't think the character was there yet. Beyond that, I do think the characters were well thought out and had justified motivations throughout the book.

I thought this was the perfect queer holiday romance book. It was fun to read, definitely romance centered, but still a lot of story and character development outside of their relationships. And a weird note but I really loved how the author shared about the process and casting vision in the acknowledgments.
