I think that this was a good book to read. I myself skimmed and learned some of the good ideas of this book in 1 hour. 1 Idea that I especially preferred was future forecasting. i.e. using the future to guide your actions now. I think that this is a powerful tool if you have the dedication to get somewhere from where you are right now. 2nd idea that I took is to make the compelling case of you fitting a job even though you don't meet the position's exact qualifications, even though you should not over-exaggerate the things that you have done/not done. 3rd idea that I liked from the book is that every action that you take will guide you towards the goal that you want and even though you would not like to be fretting too much about them, a small step tells a lot about who you are and what your priorities are so don't just do everything, select them.

If I get time later on maybe I will go through the section about reskilling and upskilling.

This has been on my TBR ever since it came out in Spring 2021 - whoops! - but I’m glad I finally got to it. I read this for work purposes and found it to be spot on with what I advise students and alumni to do, which was encouraging. I found lots of helpful nuggets and would strongly recommend this to anyone who is doing some recalculating in their professional life.
