I enjoyed this book and certainly got through it fast. I felt it wasn't without fault, I found the ending a bit disappointing and some of the characters a little cliche.

Wonderfully tactile and rich and heartstopping, this story of the fragility and strength of love is not easy going by any means, but full of empathy and beautiful prose.
