Sweet Novelettes
I started reading this collection as part of ARCs for a couple of the authors but I liked them enough to get the entire thing. I'm still reading but I'm glad I took the chance! Megan Wade, Barbra Campbell, and Jane Fox are always great choices and I really liked their contributions. I'm looking forward to the other stories, especially after this taste! ❤

My Heart’s Obsession: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was a great instalove romance. I loved that the storyline and drama was unique and I have never read anything like it. The chemistry between Heather and Trent was undeniable. I really enjoyed this story.
One Night with a Bodyguard: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was a fantastic fake relationship/ bodyguard romance. I just loved the story, it was cute and steamy and it had a captivating storyline. Lionel and Seraphina really complimented each other and I loved their story.
Sweet Temptations: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was a very sweet instalove romance. I loved that this story was used to shine a light on people who have invisible diseases, I feel that is such an important subject and loved that a romance story used the topic. The story was short and sweet with a little steam as well. The chemistry between Renee and Coop was amazing and I just really loved the story.
Mountain Man’s Healer: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was a wonderfully sweet mountain man romance. The storyline was cute and entertaining. I loved the chemistry between Rowan and Jenny, they had such a strong connection and I felt that I really got to know them even though the story was short.
Sweet Surrender: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was a great instalove secret billionaire romance. I really enjoyed the pace of the story, it was so fast that there were no lulls in the story but not so fast that it was rushed. There was an instant connection between Reid and Maddie and I loved the way he fought for her. Great story.

This was an amazing instalove romance. I can’t remember ever reading a story that had such a unique and funny meet cute. I loved that and the rest of the story. Grayson and Luella had a wonderful connection and their chemistry lead to some amazing steamy bits. I just loved this story.
Wired: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was a great instalove romance. I loved the feel of the story, it was both light and still touched on some heavier things, and I loved the contrast. The chemistry between Liam and Marissa was undeniable and I so enjoyed reading their story.

Set in Stone by Haven Rose
Adam and Ember are young and have a plan for their future including Adam finally telling Ember how he really feels until life as he knows it is ripped from under him and his siblings. We get a glimpse of what it was like before the knock on the door and then get an emotional rollercoaster with Adam needing to work out how to keep him and his siblings together and bless him thinking he needs to push Ember away. You feel so invested in needing to know the family will stay together as well as Adam see Ember is all in no matter that things have changed, but you also know there is another shoe to drop that could ruin it all.
Adam and Ember are young and have a plan for their future including Adam finally telling Ember how he really feels until life as he knows it is ripped from under him and his siblings. This short story is dual POV, well written, and a cute and steamy hot read. I enjoyed the relationship development between Lionel and Sera, and the engagement of secondary characters, who have stories of their own by this author. The story still stands alone.

This is one of the BEST anthologies I’ve ever read. So many amazing stories so I had to net this out to 4 stars. I did need to point out my FAVORITE story of this group and maybe of this year is Rocking Her Silence by Ember Flint! 5 Stars for that one for sure!!

"One Night with a Bodyguard" review.
Actress Seraphina Tate reluctantly agrees to have bodyguard Lionel Knight accompany her as her pretend boyfriend while she attends her cousin's wedding due to having a stalker.
Surprisingly the wedding takes place in the town where Lionel grew up so the groom was a friend. Seraphina meets his foster mother on the trip.
One Night with a Bodyguard was a cute romance were business turns into love. In the end Lionel saves Seraphina's life and the two find love and purpose with each other.
