I really enjoyed this story! I think that not only is it so interesting to see the story play out, but I find myself being more interested in the family dynamics than the relationship when I read a book by this author. I love the integration of both cultures and it makes me want to pick up more Bangladesh stories. I think the only thing that didn’t make this five stars for me were the pop culture references that felt a little cringe when reading.
