I don’t know what to think to be honest.

This book really pulled me in, despite the storyline feeling very narrow and the main character being a whiny brat.

I was fully expecting a lot more magic, and a story on a much grander scale. I really enjoyed the writing itself.

I just bought the next book in the series - hoping it really starts to unfurl from here!
