Many people said that the second book is not as entertainment as first book. But IMO, the second book also as good as the first one. Even sightly better.
It's right that in second book, the author show much richness than the first one in terms of richness itself. Asians indeed crazy rich! Hahaha
Love The Bings so much, they just so funny even tho in the end of story they (well, she actually) flip so much /spoiler removed/
But for real, The Bings especially Mrs. Bing just so funny. Her and Eddie are my sources of laugh hahaha
In this book, I find my other favorite character which is Charlie Wu. He love Astrid so much in the way he is. And the ending just make me asdfghjkl make me rushing to read the third book (and the last book! NO!)

Potentially even better than the first book

Great beach-read! Just as good - if not better - than the first Crazy Rich Asians novel. Very quick read!
