Book 34 of 2025: Murdle - GT Karber
Join Deductive Logico and investigate murders most foul in Murdle: Volume 1. A series of logic puzzles where you must deduce who, what, where and why!
Review:
โญ๏ธ 4/5
A fun series of puzzles with an actual storyline (an added bonus I hadnโt expected). The puzzles ranged in difficulty so gave a nice challenge without being disheartening. The storyline was fun, although became a little ridiculous near to the end, but nonetheless, an enjoyable experience.

Didn't finish all the puzzles, but was a cute, fun time! Wasn't expecting the format (plays more like sudoku than a word-based logic puzzle) but enjoyed it overall. The dry descriptions of characters, places, and murder weapons certainly helped

I did all the logical puzzles in the 1st section but when they started with the addit onal true/false statements I completely lost interest in the book.
Also think the book is too repetitive, it's the same type of exercise all the time and I didn't even understand that it was supposed to be telling you a story (which you can only read if you check the solutions section)
Another thing that annoyed me was the way the deductive grid was done, the authors only included the icons but no description, I lost track of which icon represented what and was always flipping the pages to check.
I ended up purchasing another puzzle book from other authors (crime in the village) that I enjoyed way more, it was diverse in terms of puzzles and the story was really engaging!
