Honestly, this book is nothing short of brilliant. It is genuinely laugh-out-loud funny and a great brain workout. I found myself always wanting to come back to it. It has an overarching storyline that had me gripped! I'd recommend to any and all, even those who do not typically puzzle-book (as I would consider myself).

Personally, I'm not a fan of the lgbt rep and a lot of mentions of occultism (also, would you consider religious bigotry if all the priests and nuns are bad because they like money? Normally I would but here almost everybody was bad in some way of course so I'll let it slide) but if we ignore these issues I enjoyed the book. I expected way more of the final reveal but it was fun overall. Not a great masterpiece but a fun thing to do when you're bored.
