What a great start to a hopeful exciting long 18 book series, Being an Audilbe listener. I was brought to this particular series due to the narrator Angus King. Who also excelled in the Neil Lancaster books DS Max Craigie Series.
A litter of Bones, not only narrated to perfection, but leaves the read on edge for the entire book, in working out who done it. It also have a couple of good twists. The author does a great job in relieving the reader with some humour along the way, which Angus King always seems to pull off in style.
Highly recommend. Can't wait to get stuck into book 2.

‘A Litter of Bones’ is a fast-paced, tense novel in the first of the DCI Logan series. I’m relatively new to mystery novels, but I absolutely loved this. I was kept on the edge of my seat the whole time, and I loved JD Kirk’s writing style and humour.
