I loved this book until we got to the lead up into the third act breakup, and from then on it felt like everything was super rushed and not as nuanced and purposeful. I hated the reasoning behind the breakup and the introspection and making up all felt really rushed and deus ex machina - like the characters suddenly were no longer acting like themselves, just moving the plot along, which was frustrating. Additionally, for a book that talks about pegging so much, I am deeply disappointed that there was no pegging.

It was cute. The ADHD representation felt realistic.
Every fangirl will be screaming with joy while reading this. It's absolutley delightful. Funny and sexy but with serious bits covering showbiz, domestic abuse, verbal abuse and bad self image of different kinds.
And don't get me started on the love Olivia Dade obviously have for fanfic and fanfic writers. The discussing of tropes and analazing of characters... Hell. Yes.
What is better than "There's only one bed trope?" One of the people in the story being aware of said trope and being like OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS TROPE IS HAPPENING IN REAL LIFE. Priceless content, priceless.

They had better chemistry than the couple from the first Spoiler Alert novel. But there were areas that I felt like the plot needed a bit of extra help.
