This book was very dark and for me sometimes almost unbearable to read because of the graphic murder scenes and explained thought processes. Sadly this kind of took over the great writing and other likeable aspects of this book.

It is absolutely intense but i love it, that plot twist was amazing and i recommended not reading it right before bed with how absolutely intense that book is. Its very engaging  and will suck you into the world from the first chapter.

This book does deal with some heavy stuff, so look up TWs!

Okay, was this book literary perfection? No, not at all. At some points it got really cringe, like for example when the profiling was based on absolutely nothing but somehow Cassie knew everything. Or some of the dialogue too. But did I stay up till 5am even though I had an exam the next day to read all of it? Yes, yes I did. 

The amount of times I gasped and giggled and cussed is INSANE. This book was a rollercoaster from beginning to end and the rest of the series is shipping to me as we speak.
