I loved this book. It was a fast fun read, exactly what I was looking for.
If you are going into this hoping for a realistic true crime story, you are not going to enjoy it. You’ll sit there picking apart every page about why “this would just never happen” 
But if instead you go into this looking for a true crime story in a world where teenagers are helping solve cases with fun psychological puzzles and analysis, then I think you’ll have a good time!
The writing is easy and makes it a fast read. The characters are fun and their different “natural abilities” are interesting. The tiny romantic plot was the perfect amount; and all of this makes me excited to read the rest of the series. 
If any of this sounds fun to you I highly recommend reading!

I really liked this book. As far as mysteries go, I was on the edge of my seat the whole time and I had multiple theories about everything. So that aspect was super fun and engaging. 
What I didn’t love was some of the relationships.

Jennifer Lynn Barnes did this in inheritance games where it’s two guys and the girl has to choose. And I honestly hate it. I also dislike one of the guys and I’m just super hoping that she doesn’t end up with him because that would suck.
The ending was also a little too narrative for my liking. It is those two reasons that the book is not a five star read.

I LOVED it! I ate it up and it does remind me so mich of Criminal Minds!! I loved the plot and I did not expect that person to be the killer like I was so shocked because I actually liked her! And I don't know who I want Cassie to end up with... I can't decide but this book was so addictive omg literally couldn't stop!

Loved this book! Super easy read, great pacing, loved the characters. Bought book 2 & 3 before I even finished the first book so I wouldn't have a gap between.

Creo que nunca habia leido un thriller-mystery y siento que no podia parar de leerlo necesitaba respuestas. 

Me mato el plot twist del final, no lo esperaba... aunque debido a mi obsesión con Criminal Minds hubieron algunas cosas que "adivine" y otras que pensé "en CM no hubiese pasado esto" pero totalmente recomendable el suspenso, el no saber en quien confiar me mantuvo pegada al libro
