There wasn't actually a thrilling plot in this book but it kept me reading because all the way through the pages I kept wondering what the fuck is going on, who the hell are these people, how the heck does that happen. And I dare to say, it's worth all the wonders.
The characters, while I wouldn't say were likeable, were unforgettable. And the writer was consistent with them, especially Mimi (God I hate her), and with making every page screams Hollywood while keeping it cozy. It was heartfelt at the climax, but not quite at the ending, unfortunately. If it wasn't for the most abrupt ending in my reading history, I would've given it perfect score.
