I absolutely adore Ali Hazelwoods works, and this one is most definitely my favorite. The FMC is by far the most relatable to me as far as really any book I’ve read goes. The focus of this book compared to the others by Hazlewood is more on the academic side, which in my opinion really makes for an entertaining base.

Might be controversial but this was my least fav of the 3 STEM books. Felt like we Spent the first 3/4 of the book going through the same mental block over and over and over. It wasn’t until the last quarter that we really started to get to know the real her as well as get any sort of subplot with family. Idk it just felt like so much of the 4th quarter of this book could have been explored so much sooner. Love a smart woman and man though. 🌶️🌶️🌶️
