I received an eARC courtesy of Wednesday Books via NetGalley in exchange for my honest review.

Wow. This book takes a dive into the many depths of grief that I was unprepared for. I am hard-pressed to find a fault in this book that takes a way from every moment that I loved of it. This book was breathtaking, moving, honest and hopeful.

I could live in its pages.

Even when the world feels like it's falling apart, AMELIA UNABRIDGED is a reminder that stories are the magic that hold us together. An absolutely fierce and comforting story, and one I will reread from now until eternity. A book I never want to leave the pages of.

This book is an incredible debut I felt so many different emotions while reading this book.! I can not imagine losing my best friend. The author depicts a tremendous amount of grief, in this book, and shows you how someone's death can make you question your future. .The slow-burn romance between Amelia and Nolan is both beautiful and sad. Anyone who reads this book will thoroughly enjoy this incredible book. I know I absolutely did and I believe anyone who decides to read this book will as well.

SHOUT OUT TO MY #1 OF ALL TIME

ok but seriously this book is so beautiful. the vibes and aesthetic are astronomical and the romance is so bittersweet. it’s definitely a character driven book, but the arc of both amelia and nolan helping each other with their griefs is so fucking lovely. also whatever alex is getting paid is not enough. king is working too hard. wally lowkey annoys the shit out of me and i wish he was a cat bc this book just gives cat vibes, but i can live with that. jenna is highkey controlling and ik she meant well but ma’am please let people plan their own lives. i kind of wish amelia’s relationship with her mom was touched on more, i know the point is that the orman chronicles and jenna’s parents gave her a family when hers didn’t show up, but her mom might as well not exist as a character. other than those few gripes this book is fantastic and i love it to bits.
