Crazy adventure
I had read this book along time ago and had a difficult time finding it. I found it on here and was so thrilled. I've matured a but since reading this for the first time, so the style was a little young for me, but the story was still great. Definitely worth reading it again.

In the beginning of the book it was good. I had difficulty putting it down. But after a while it just started to drag. Nothing happened! And it wasn't like one of those books that were amazing, but when u think about it, what really happened? No. It was boring she kept dragging on about all of her problems, FOR PAGES AND PAGES she did this. A bit too much description for my taste.

I read this book years ago back in middle school loved it. I have never read the book that inspired this book, but I definitely want too.
The premise is about teenagers that science students (Sorry this description makes me sound ignorant.), and they have all won a trip to Ecuador, but their plane crashes on an island. A scientist, Dr. Franklin, finds them and taking them as prisoners turns them into half animal, half human hybrid creatures. The teens are trying to escape before they lose their humanity forever.
I really enjoyed this book and found it to be a really exciting read. I remember finding all the teens to be interesting personalities, and the plot to be really creepy. I was so scared for the teens and terrified they were going to died. It's very fast paced and easy to read. I almost wish I still had it, but over the years I have had to get rid of books, so I could buy more books. They're going to a good place though.
